Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with Articles 10 to 17 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, the customer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Only the value of the purchased items will be refunded — shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised by any legally accepted means, including by sending a clear statement of withdrawal to Open Vision, Lda.

This right applies exclusively to products that can be returned in the same condition as received, including original packaging and all documents.
After receiving the returned goods, Open Vision, Lda will inspect them to verify their condition.
No refund will be issued if the product has been used beyond the necessary inspection to verify its nature and characteristics, or if it has been damaged.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after the returned goods are received and verified.
The responsibility for any damages or loss of goods during the return process lies solely with the customer.

2. Return of Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If the customer considers that a product is defective or not in conformity with the contract at the time of delivery, they must immediately contact Open Vision, Lda.
The collection of the defective or non-conforming product will be organized by Open Vision, Lda at no cost to the customer.

Upon receipt, the product will be examined, and if non-conformity is confirmed, the customer will be notified by email within a reasonable time.
Replacement of the defective product is subject to stock availability.
If replacement is not possible, the full amount paid for the product — including delivery costs — will be refunded to the customer.

All statutory consumer rights are fully safeguarded.

3. Exchanges

Products purchased through domsoeiro.com cannot be exchanged for other items, sizes, or colours.
Only returns and refunds, as defined above, are permitted.
