Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment confirmation.
Orders are shipped within 10 business days following confirmation of payment, except in exceptional or unforeseen circumstances.
Open Vision, Lda. reserves the right to extend this period in cases of force majeure or logistical difficulties, in which case the customer will be notified whenever possible.
2. Shipping Methods
Orders are delivered by trusted carrier partners from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
The customer must provide a complete and accurate address to ensure successful delivery.
If the customer is not present at the address at the time of delivery, an alternative address must be provided or delivery must be rescheduled directly with the carrier.

Mainland Portugal:

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Mainland Spain, Mainland France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and United Kingdom:

Shipping costs may be changed by Open Vision, Lda. at any time without prior notice.
4. Undeliverable Orders
Deliveries are attempted twice.
If delivery cannot be completed after two attempts, the contract will be terminated without the right to a refund of the amounts paid (product price and shipping costs), as stated in our Terms of Service.
5. Estimated Delivery Times

Mainland Portugal: 2–5 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and unforeseen external factors (weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier constraints).
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment status in real time.
